Client Care Team Member

We are looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our Client Care team.

We are a dedicated veterinary practice committed to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their owners. Our team is passionate about animal welfare and creating a welcoming environment for all our clients.

As a Client Care team member, you will often be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service.

You must be available to work a variety of shifts between the times of 8am – 7pm, for 20+ flexible hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and their pets.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Handling client inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Processing payments and managing client records.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean reception area.
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferred).
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards animals and their owners.
  • IT literate
  • Flexible, and available at short notice.
